RIDE 'EM

Tell us about your upcoming release and what you hope readers will enjoy about it.
Most people understand life on the ranch is hard work. Surviving in the competitive industry is no easy task. However, there's more than farming and herding going on. Kinky games are being played out in barns across the nation. RIDE 'EM focuses on one couple's search for the white picket fence life while living in the Dom/sub style. Coming in for lunch to find a pie cooling on the windowsill and his woman waiting for him, naked and eager, is Court's dream. Sunny's is to be loved and wanted for herself. Neither of these characters' childhoods can be called normal, but their pasts did help shape who they are as adults, and they know when their life partner is before them. I think readers will come away from this red-hot romance having enjoyed the path these two lovers take to happiness.

Tell us about your most erotic romantic fantasy. If you could have a 24-hour romantic fling with anyone you wanted, anywhere you wanted, where would you go, what would you do and with whom would you do it?
Give me a private island, and I'm ready to strip down to nothing and get naughty with my cutie. Resting on the sand, not far from the clear blue sea lapping on the shore, will be a four-poster bed with sheers fluttering in the gentle breeze. We'll play on the soft silken sheets, feeling as one with each other. When we need to cool down, we'll float up and over the gentle waves, feel the sun warming us up, and listening to the sound of nothing but nature around us before heading back to bed. Off to the side, in the shade of a palm tree will be a cooling cupboard full of fruit and champagne, some sustenance to keep us going. There will be a stone path from there, farther into the thicket, and we'll find a lovely, enclosed, bug- and animal-free restroom. Okay, so I'm practical; I want a bathroom with toilet paper and flushing facilities, and a sink to brush my teeth with water that won't give me any problems later on.

If you could have one special super or magical power, what would it be?
That would be the First Finger Push Power. With the pressing of a single digit to the tip of my nose, whatever thought flashing through my mind at that exact moment happens. Need the laundry done, bang, there it is, folded and put away. Same with cooking and errands, leaving me more time to spend writing red-hot romances and chatting with readers.

What's your favorite smell?
Hmmm, the first thing that popped into my head was chocolate, a cup of thick and rich hot kind of chocolate. Then I thought about it some more, made a cup of cocoa and sat down to really think it through. Using my female prerogative, I change my mind. My favorite smell is actually watermelon. Yup, even thinking about the scent of the crisp and cool fruit makes my mouth water, and it's winter!

What do you like to do when you're not working?
Travel. Visiting someplace new or even going back to a place I've been countless times before is always exciting. Actually, if I'm honest, I work while I'm traveling. Things I've seen or done often make it into my writing.

What makes a man attractive?
A glint in his eyes, a smile teasing his lips, a sense of humor, confidence in himself, an easy acceptance of his own unique sex appeal. I can go on, but won't. Let's just say, it's not something he can do; it's simply him.

What's the most interesting thing you've ever done?
Let's see, keeping it legal, I'd have to say it's learning to knit. HA! Sorry, that's an outright lie because I've never been able to do it. Seriously, I can't narrow it down to just one. I've done many things I thought were really interesting. One time I wandered into a storage area for a major museum and found room after room filled with heads. Not real heads but the kind lopped off statues. It's freaky seeing all those faces staring at you and no bodies to go with them. Every time I go back to the museum, I hope to see the stairwell open. One of these days I know it will be and I'll go back to see how the heads are doing.

Boxers or briefs?
     Neither.

Bad boy or perfect gentleman?
Mix them together and I'm there.

Vin Diesel or George Clooney?
Well, to be honest, I'd be greedy and have both.

What else would you like readers to know about you or your work?
Taking readers along a twisting, passionate, path lovers take to a happily-ever-after ending is what I enjoy doing. The women are independent and confident. They have curves, or not. They are successful in their chosen professions, or working to get there. They know what they want and don't settle for less. They are living real lives. Now the men who love these women may always be handsome and well hung, but they sometimes make mistakes and must figure out how to make it right with the lady in their life. I like to spend my days with these characters, writing them into their own idea of the happily-ever-after ending.
